ANOTHER BIG STORYLINE HAS BEEN THE MIAMI MARLINS’ FIRE-SALE UNDER NEW C-E-O DEREK JETER.
THE TEAM HAS TRADED FOUR OF ITS STARS, INCLUDING DEE GORDON, JOHN CARLO STANTON, MARCELL OZUNA AND CHRISTIAN YELL-ITCH.

UNC hockey loses in semifinals to CU, 2-1 By Adam Ide             The University of Northern Colorado hockey team lost in the semifinals of the Big Mountain Hockey Conference playoffs to Colorado 2-1 Saturday at the Greeley Ice Haus.             The Bears were shut out through the first two periods, allowing two goals in the first but holding the Buffs scoreless in the second.             CU opened the scoring with just over nine minutes left in the first period, taking a 1-0 lead.
